This recipe is a delicious shake, but can also be converted into paddles, as approved by the children for a snack or a light snack.

Detoxifying, tasty, nutrient-rich, naturally sweet, vibrant and delicious.
Ingredients
- 45 g of beet, raw, sliced and peeled (if it is possible, eco-friendly)
- 190 g of frozen strawberries (if fresh, add ice, if possible, get organic)
- 1/4 ripe banana, frozen, peeled and sliced (optional).
- (The recipe is in our cookbook!) 160 ml of fresh apple juice
- The fresh mint or shredded coconut ornaments are optional.
Instructions
- Blend the beetroot, strawberries, apple juice and, optionally, a banana to sweeten, to high speed, until creamy and smooth, scraping down the edges if necessary.
- Adding more banana for sweetness, and apple juice to dilute, or strawberries for a fruit-flavored stronger, you can change the flavor as needed after you try it.
- Divide the mixture into two glasses and serve. Slices of banana, mint, and/or shredded coconut ornaments are optional. It is best when fresh, but leftovers can be stored for up to two days if they get clogged in the fridge. For a quick boost in the afternoon, freeze the leftovers in ice cube trays or molds for ice cream.
